Kallfly is an On-Demand virtual Contact Center Marketplace, connecting businesses with experienced home-based call center agents. It is an oDesk with a built-in call center system. Instead of contracting with a traditional call center, businesses can allocate resources through Kallfly’s web site and can manage the operation remotely. Instead of commuting to an office, call center agents can work from home, using their laptops or phones. KallFly will be the AWS for Call Center in which anyone can easily create, manage, and scale up or down their own call center operation.
